This low-mileage motor coach can sleep up to 5 people. It has dual roof-mounted AC units (15K & 13.5K BTUs) that will keep you cool on the hottest of days. The 15K unit also has a heat pump. The unit is equipped with a furnace and an electric fireplace, so staying warm is not an issue on the coldest nights.

The layout is spacious and comfortable when you enter the RV. The cockpit includes many features to make your drive more enjoyable: a well-lit entry step, ultra-leather power driver and passenger seats, a backup camera with a color monitor, a CD player and AM/FM stereo, a tilt steering wheel, and an overhead front flat-panel TV. Both Captain's Chairs swivel and the Passenger Chair is a second recliner (facing in either direction).

The cozy living room area includes a 4-section sofa bed and a recliner, as well as a dining table/computer workstation with four chairs and an entertainment center with a flat-panel TV, stereo system, and fireplace.

The galley has an over-the-range convection microwave and a 3-burner gas cooktop with cover. The large double kitchen sink with a gooseneck faucet/pull-down sprayer has matching covers to provide additional countertop working space when needed. The two-door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker is great for entertaining or just a quick drink. Plenty of cabinets are above and below the solid surface countertop for storage space.

There are one and one-half bathrooms, each with a shower with a skylight overhead for lots of natural light, an oval sink, a medicine cabinet above, and additional storage below the countertop--and, of course, the toilet. The RV is equipped with a Truma water heater that delivers hot water on demand.

The master suite provides a great space for privacy and comfort - featuring a queen bed with cabinets overhead for storage. The built-in nightstands and lights overhead make this space feel like your home away from home. The TV in the bedroom allows you to watch movies in bed. The bedroom has lots of storage space - above the bed and in the closet. Windows in the bedroom bring in natural light - use the window drapes for privacy when needed.

All of the RV Systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the outside. There are large storage compartments around the RV.
Items of note - Black Tank Flush - Remote/Heated driver and passenger mirrors - 4 TVs - Double Door Residential Refrigerator with Ice maker. This unit has always been stored under cover when not in use.
